AI & Automation Consultant
NDR Consultancy · Jul 2023 – Present
At NDR Consultancy, I work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations turn operational and strategic challenges into practical AI, automation, and software solutions. My role typically starts with clarifying where value can actually be created, then translating that into a concrete direction, proof of concept, prototype, or implementation path. Across projects, I have worked on AI agents, workflow automation, legal-tech tools, internal systems, websites, and custom process layers. Depending on the problem, that can mean designing the concept, building the first working version myself, or setting up a scalable handoff toward a broader engineering setup. The common thread is always the same: reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and make technology useful in real operations.
Co-founder
Arc Biohacking · Mar 2025 – Present
Arc Biohacking is the first product startup I am building myself, together with two experienced entrepreneurs. We are currently working toward market launch with a product built around a proven concept from the biohacking space: a cylindrical metal device filled with a specially developed liquid that helps extract heat from the body during training, allowing users to perform longer and recover more effectively. My role sits across product, commerce, and execution. I help shape the positioning and go-to-market strategy, maintain contact with the supplier, and support the practical setup needed to bring the product to market. This includes contributing to the website, structuring the Shopify environment, and translating the concept into something commercially clear and ready to launch. The focus is on turning an early-stage idea into a real product with a clear proposition and a credible route to market.

Ouwejan B.V. · Mar 2026 – Present
At Ouwejan, I am currently working on designing and implementing internal systems and AI agents to replace manual administrative processes with more structured and scalable operations. The starting point is a fragmented setup where documents such as invoices, delivery notes, tachograph files, and kilometer registrations are processed manually across different systems and inboxes. My role is to map these flows, identify bottlenecks, and design systems that can structure, interpret, and route incoming data automatically. This includes setting up integrations with external systems and suppliers, handling multiple data streams, and building logic that extracts key information and routes files to the correct internal systems and directories. The approach combines automation, data pipelines, and AI agents to gradually turn inconsistent input into structured outputs that can be used directly in operations. In parallel, I am developing an AI-supported quotation system that brings together data from multiple sources into one consistent structure, reducing manual work and improving accuracy in administrative processes. The project is still in progress and focuses on building a reliable internal system step by step, closely aligned with how the organization operates in practice.
Technology & Product Lead (Legal Tech)
helloprofs.nl · Feb 2025 – Present
At helloprofs, I was brought in to support product development and technical decision-making within a legal tech context. What started as an open question around how to deal with complex freelancer compliance, quickly turned into building a working product from the ground up. I independently designed and built an AI-driven compliance tool that helps companies assess freelancer collaborations against Dutch case law. The core challenge was translating complex legal structures and fragmented data into something structured, explainable, and practically usable. The system was built using a RAG-based approach with a vector database, combining chunking and embedding strategies to retrieve relevant rulings and ground outputs in actual jurisprudence. The tool was actively used and functioned both as a decision-support system and as a lead generation mechanism, allowing users to generate structured reports for internal use. It demonstrated how legal complexity can be translated into clear, actionable insights through a well-designed system. In parallel, I acted as a technical sparring partner on the broader platform direction. This included defining scope and core functionality, advising on system architecture, and supporting the selection of a suitable external development partner for the next version of the platform. A logical next step is to integrate this intelligence directly into the platform, combining inputs such as contracts, purchase orders, communication, Chamber of Commerce data, and certifications into one unified assessment layer. Alongside this, I worked hands-on on rebuilding parts of the website in Next.js, developing custom CMS-like structures, and setting up automation flows around lead capture and follow-up. Across all of this, the focus was on building systems that are not only technically sound, but also usable and scalable in a real business context.
MedTech Product, AI & Compliance Lead
Breedzorg · Jul 2025 – Present
At Breedzorg, I was responsible for regulatory compliance within a MedTech context, while also acting as a hands-on partner across product, operations, and systems in a small, fast-moving team. A key part of my role was setting up and managing the registration of medical devices in EUDAMED, ensuring compliance with EU MDR regulations. When I joined, this process was not yet in place, requiring me to structure documentation, define workflows, and translate new and complex regulations into clear, workable internal processes. Beyond compliance, I worked on improving how the organization operates across product and systems. This included supporting product sourcing and validation, structuring supplier relationships, and optimizing internal workflows and documentation. In parallel, I designed and implemented an AI-driven product advisor on the website. This system interacts with users, understands their context, and recommends suitable medical devices, including relevant product data such as images, pricing, and usage instructions, all within the brand environment. The underlying system continuously updates itself through automated data pipelines, synchronizing the product catalog and enriching a vector-based knowledge layer to ensure accurate and relevant recommendations. The role required combining structured regulatory work with practical system design, balancing accuracy, usability, and operational efficiency within a growing MedTech environment.
Head of Growth & Systems
CryptoTag · Jan 2023 – Jan 2026
At CryptoTag, I initially joined in a marketing-focused role, responsible for core growth channels such as website, SEO, paid acquisition, and partnerships. As the company scaled, my role gradually shifted toward building the underlying systems and processes that support sustainable growth. I worked on optimizing funnels, setting up and scaling affiliate and referral programs, and improving how data flows through the organization. Over time, the focus moved away from individual campaigns toward designing more structured and scalable ways of working across teams. A key part of this evolution was introducing automation and smarter internal workflows to reduce manual work and improve decision-making. This included streamlining processes, connecting tools, and implementing systems that made growth efforts more consistent and easier to scale. Operating in a privacy- and security-sensitive environment required balancing growth ambitions with strict compliance and careful handling of data. This led to a more system-oriented approach, where performance, reliability, and structure became just as important as growth itself. The role evolved from executing marketing activities to designing the systems behind them, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact.
Optimization & Digital Transformation Consultant
Werkgroup · Jan 2025 – Aug 2025
At Werkgroup, I helped modernize and automate recruitment operations by replacing manual, fragmented processes with structured systems and AI-supported workflows. The starting point was a recruitment setup that relied heavily on manual data entry, disconnected tools, and time-consuming workflows. My role was to identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and implement practical solutions that improved both efficiency and data quality. I worked on integrating and optimizing their ATS (OTYS), connecting external data sources, and building automation layers around it. As a first step, I developed proof-of-concepts using custom GPTs to validate how AI could support key parts of the recruitment process. These concepts were then translated into production-ready solutions using a dedicated API setup with zero data retention. This resulted in AI-supported workflows for tasks such as interview transcription, candidate profile enrichment, and vacancy content generation. In parallel, I built automated data pipelines and integrations using tools like Make.com and various APIs, allowing data to move consistently across systems and significantly reducing manual input. The result was a more structured and scalable recruitment process, where information is captured once and reused throughout the system. The focus throughout the project was on replacing repetitive operational work with systems that improve speed, consistency, and overall productivity.
